Bottle contains 60 capsules of 500mg each.

Directions: For adults, take two (2) to six (6) capsules daily on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Please Note Well: These are not the weaker 250mg capsules, but the stronger double strength 500 mg capsules. The usual serving is 4 of the 250mg caps/day or 2 of the double strength 500mg caps/day.
