Once you start usage, it is important to continue with preventative use at least once daily.
Active Ingredients: Capsicum 3X, Eucalyptus TINC, Feverfew TINC, Peppermint TINC. Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Grapefruit Seed Extract, Organic Rosemary Extract, and Sea Salt. Directions for using: - To be used only by children and adults ages 12 and over.
- For best results, gently sniff the formula as far back as possible.
- For headaches: 1 – 3 sprays per nostril as needed.
- For persistent headache attacks: As needed until symptoms begin to subside.
- To prevent and deter headache triggers and general symptoms: 2X daily (morning and bedtime) until symptom recurrence subsides.
Warnings: - Feverfew is not recommended for use during pregnancy or while nursing.
