This birch xylitol made in the US by Danisco company is excellent. It is completely odorless! It does not have a chemical odor like another brand I have tried. I use xylitol for baking and for home-made mouth wash. Another good point is the 50 lb bag which is a money saver. I will definitely buy this particular brand again. The Homestead Market promptly delivered my order, free shipping too!

We have used xylitol - birch sugar for several years, as our main sweetner. The price and purity of this product are excellent, as was the customer service. We have noticed that the individual crystals are larger than previous types of xylitol that we have used.
