I use the crystals as sugar and find my blueberry muffins still taste great. I find I can't use it in ice tea due to it's cumulative effect on the digestive system, but I value this product in my baking.

It is so great to have a source of birch tree xylitol. I was so disappointed when I found my previous supplier's source was corn even though the container said xylitol occurs naturally in strawberries, raspberries and plums.
