I have used these picks for years. I love them! My dentist doesn't like the idea of me sticking a metal pick between my teeth, but then again he always comments on how healthy my gums are, and how little tartar and decay I have between my teeth! I periodically lose a pick, but if I don't they keep on working forever. The only problem I have is that the ridge that holds the two halves together wears out and the pick pricks me in the pocket... Which is a clear signal to replace the pick!
