Essential Basics is a special multiple vitamin/mineral supplement for general health support.

Douglas Labs adjusted the amounts of each nutrient supplied by their Basic Preventative® supplements to fit into six capsules daily to create this convenient multiple vitamin/mineral formula. As with their other mulitple formula options. they use only 100% natural vitamin E and beta-carotene and include Albion mineral amino acids chelates. They've kept the antioxidant levels high and provided a full complement of trace elements to create this well-rounded formula. Vitamin K is not included, making this a good choice for those on anticoagulant medication who may wish to avoid taking this nutrient. See Supplement Facts below.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 6 capsules daily with food or as directed by physician.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), cellulose, water, magnesium stearate and silica.
