Xylitol -- A Safe Alternative to Sugar
Epic gum and Spry gum with Xylitol is a safe alternative to sugar-based gums and is free of gluten and casein. The corn from which Epic xylitol is made is pharmaceutical grade, non-GMO (genetically modified organisms), and is grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Once the xylitol is made, there are no corn proteins left to provide allergens that could cause a corn-based reaction. The gum does use a soy-based lecithin.
Dental Benefits of Xylitol Use
Along with proper dental hygiene, xylitol can reduce the risk of dental caries and plaque. Xylitol-sweetened products, such as chewing gums and mints, increase salivary flow, preventing dry mouth and aiding in repair of damaged tooth enamel.

Works amazingly well
This was my first purchase of xylitol gum, after my hygienist recommended I try it to reduce plaque formation. I have excellent oral hygiene practices but continue to have gum recession and progressive gingival pockets. After a week of chewing about 6 pieces of gum a day, following each time I eat, I now find that I get no visible food particles out when I floss and irrigate at night, a remarkable improvement. Will see what thre hygienist says next visit. The gum is tasty and it was shipped out promptly, at the best price I found anywhere. Highly recommend!

This is all we chew!
This is the only gum we chew! I buy a 1000 pc bag every year; some years I buy two. We usually buy peppermint, but are trying spearmint this time round. We all like it very much, and are looking forward to trying wintergreen next. We all carry containers of this gum in our vehicles so we always have it on hand to freshen our breath or after eating out when we cannot brush. I looked for it cheaper elsewhere, but came back to Homestead Market for quality product and service at a reasonable price. Xylitol peppermint gum
I buy this gum regularly, and in the larger size because it lasts longer. It has great flavor that last longer than store bought gums, and it's not filled with chemicals and junk! I have always received my product in a quick and timely manner, and the quality is fantastic!
