• Sales Tax: All professional customers will be charged state sales tax on taxable items for the states we are required to collect sales tax, UNLESS you provide us with a signed Sales and Use Tax Exemption form from your state before your order is placed.
• We will review your application, and provided you have included the necessary information, we will notify you of your approval by email. You may then log in to the Professional area and create your order.

• Best Way Shipping Options: Best Price - may ship by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
• US Standard Shipping: $3.50 Up to $8 | $3.85 up to .75 lbs. |$5.95 Up to $84.99 | $85 or more is FREE
• Please note: Choose a weight-based shipping method such as UPS Ground for 55# bags of Xylitol.
• Shipping Rates Based on Weight and Destination:
• USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail
• UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air
